Chippendale of England Legacy Escritoire Desk -with Ball & Claw Feet Circa 1900s

This exquisite writing table is a Victorian-style piece that would be perfect for royalty! It is skillfully detailed and made from mahogany wood. The writing table is raised upon the sought-after Chippendale style cabriole legs with boldly carved Ball and Claw feet and carved knees. It is adorned with beautiful carvings and gold embellishments, including hidden compartments and two drawers with original metal hardware and dovetail fronts. The table comes in two pieces, with the top desk sitting on the base. This desk is restored, very sturdy, and in great condition.
